How can my username and password be retrieved if forgotten or misplaced?

If you forget your password, you can click the link requesting the password be reset. However, if you forget your username, you will need to create an entirely new login, with a new email address.

Does an application need to be submitted in order to apply?

Yes. To be considered for a position, applicants must complete the application.

Do all portions of the application need to be completed if a resume has been attached?

Yes. To be considered for a position, applicants must complete the entire application.

Does ACH Child and Family Services accept paper applications?

No. All applications and application attachments for staff positions must be submitted through the online application process.

How are resumes and cover letters attached to applications?

It is recommended that applicants combine and attach all application materials together as one document.  Applicants can save all materials together as one document before applying and upload the one document as the “resume”. There is also an option to upload additional supporting documents.  

Is a resume and/or cover letter required for all applications?

A resume is necessary to provide important information concerning the work experience and key skills required to successfully perform the job. There is an option to attach a cover letter; however, it is at the applicant’s discretion whether to include one.

How can saved applications that have not been submitted be accessed?

Once an application is started, it is automatically saved in the application portal. You can access and edit your application by signing in with your username and password to Paycom.  

How can saved applications be edited before submitting?

You can always edit your application by logging back into the Paycom system and selecting which application you would like to edit. All fields can be edited.

How will I know that my application has been received?

Applications are automatically saved in our Paycom system. Human Resources and the hiring manager have access to view applications as they are submitted; however, applicants are permitted to call human resources to confirm that the application is in our system.

Does a separate application need to be submitted for each position?

Yes. A separate application must be submitted for each desired position.

Will Human Resources consider my application for other positions that are available at ACH Child and Family Services?

No. Applications are only considered for the position(s) for which they are submitted. If you would like to be considered for other available positions, you must to submit an application for each position.

How can I view more information about one of the job titles listed?

Select the job title to view a full description of the position.  Each job title is hyperlinked to the full job announcement.

How can the status of my application be viewed?

Application status cannot be viewed online. You will be contacted by a human resources representative if you are selected for an interview.

How soon after applying for a position can I expect to be called for an interview?

The time varies depending on the department conducting the search. The department conducting the search will only notify those applicants who are selected for interviews.  A typical time frame is about 2 to 8 weeks.

When will references be checked?

Applicants will be notified prior to references being contacted. This typically happens after the interview process is completed.

How often is the “Hire Me ACH” page updated?

New jobs or vacancies are posted as soon as possible. Please note that the availability of each position is subject to change at any time.

How do I apply for a job with ACH Child and Family Services?

Visit the ACH Child and Family Services’ homepage at www.achservices.org and select "About Us" followed by “Hire Me.” Once on that page, click the “Apply Now” button.

HOW TO APPLY

Apply for a position by clicking the “apply ” button within each position description. Please note that mobile devices may not be compatible with our application system. If you are unable to apply online, please visit our Wichita Street Campus and use our on-site kiosk to submit your application.

TIPS FOR APPLYING –

We recommend using the latest version of Internet Explorer. Mobile devices are not recommended.

Our online application consists of several steps. You do not have to complete all the steps in a single session.

All fields marked with a red (*) must be answered. If a question does not apply to you or you do not wish to answer, simply put “NA” in the space provided.

Please refrain from using special characters (!@#$%^&*) in your answers.

When attaching your resume or additional documents, please only click upload once. It takes several moments to upload. Clicking the upload button multiple times may result in multiple uploads of a file.

Your application will be considered “In Process” until you complete it. ACH will be able to view your application even if it is not complete.

Please be sure to acknowledge and electronically sign the application for it to be considered complete.
