We believe that attacking this issue on a grass-roots level will lead to greater success in getting the public engaged in an issue that truly affects everyone. Join Fort Worth Mayor Mattie Parker\, ACH Child and Family Services CEO Dr. Wayne Carson\, and a panel of State Senators and Representatives as they discuss the Child Welfare System and Community-Based Care. Pioneered in Texas by ACH\, Community-Based Care gives local communities the flexibility and authority to improve foster care services—particularly for high-needs children.
