The Family Engagement Supervisor will provide overall leadership for Foster Care/Adoption recruitment, engagement, outreach, training, licensing, and development activities for families interested in adoption or in providing foster care services. The Family Engagement Supervisor will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to guide activities to recruit and retain safe, nurturing, therapeutic and treatment level foster care and adoptive families. The position oversees the departments compliance with all regulatory standards, ACH policy and procedure, and best practices for the recruitment, retention, training, and licensure of foster and adoptive families. The ability to work within ACH’s philosophy, critically assess applicants, and complete all work in compliance with all standards and contract requirements. The ability to guide a team to achieve department recruitment and retention goals.
