The Family Solutions Supervisor is responsible for the ongoing development, maintenance and evaluation of the Family Solutions program, ensuring quality services are provided to families and services are delivered in compliance with best practice standards and program requirements. The Family Solutions Supervisor will support and manage, admissions to the program, support groups, training of families, building contacts with family support resources in the community, and supervision of on-going service provision. The position will document and/or review support group and training attendance and client satisfaction, family assessments, service plans, and case documentation for all families and children served in the program. Ensure all documentation entered and accurate in data base within time established timelines. The supervisor will provide weekly supervision to assigned employees. The supervisor will ensure families served receive a family assessment, service planning, supportive coaching, coordination of resources, regular face to face case management contact, skill development, and advocacy. Services will be provided to families to support or increase protective factors and assist in placement transitions, stabilizing behaviors, and supporting families assigned to the program. The job requires travel within service area and sensitivity to the service population’s cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
