ACH believes that relationships get results, and Larry Autrey knows why. When he was Chairman of The Bridge Youth Shelter, he knew they could partner with ACH to provide a longer term solution for the children in their care. Later, The Bridge merged with ACH and now ACH operates Tarrant County’s only 24/7 Youth Emergency Shelter.
A former Board Chair of ACH, Larry Autrey is now Executive Chairman of Whitley Penn, a trusted accounting and advisory firm founded in Fort Worth more than 40 years ago.
ACH has relied on Higginbotham for insurance and financial services for years. ACH appreciates that Higginbotham operates with the same “Start with ‘yes’ ” attitude our caregivers employ when helping those healing from trauma. We are also grateful that Michael Parks, president of Financial Services for Higginbotham, joined our Board of Directors. Michael believes in our mission to protect children and preserve families and understands that it takes a continuum of care to best serve those who are struggling with life’s challenges.
For decades, Hillwood has developed places where commerce and communities can thrive. Executive Vice President Tom Harris shares how Hillwood’s business values ACH for its visionary, compassionate leadership. Thanks to the ongoing support of our trusted stakeholders, ACH works to strengthen communities, so that even those families who are struggling with life’s challenges can thrive—and children can experience safety, hope, and love. Having served North Texas for 110 years, ACH is grateful for the ongoing support of our trusted stakeholders.
Long-lasting support is crucial in addressing persistent issues. For the past 20 years, The Morris Foundation has been instrumental in helping youth recover from trauma at our Wedgwood residential campus. Elizabeth Brands, President and CEO of The Morris Foundation, envisions a Fort Worth where every child has the support they need to thrive. We are grateful that our missions and values align, allowing us to continue preparing young people for successful, independent living.
Rose Bradshaw of North Texas Community Foundation shares why ACH’s mission to protect children and preserve families is so important to North Texas. Though we’ve have had much success over the years, we understand there are many miles ahead of us. That’s why we will never stop delivering solutions that create safety, hope, love, and the capacity to thrive.
