Tasha Coble Ginn has dedicated her career to serving children. Her career includes over 25 years of guiding the leadership of others and helping children reach their full potential while working across K12 education, university, and non-profit settings. Tasha has experience designing and delivering leadership development programming, leading organizations through growth, and aligning vision and tactics to achieve transformational outcomes. As ACH Chief of Staff, she led strategic initiatives, coordinated projects involving multiple departments, and worked closely with all executive team members.

As Chief Program and Strategy Officer, Tasha provides leadership to a team of more than 300 dedicated individuals who work daily to serve children and families through their roles at ACH Child and Family Services.  

Tasha helps direct the organization’s strategic direction while overseeing 15 different programs currently offered by ACH to meet the needs of children and families in our community.

A Fort Worth native, Tasha holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas A&M University, a master’s degree from the University of Houston in Curriculum & Instruction, and a doctorate in educational leadership from Texas Christian University.
