Community-Based Care models have shown to be better at addressing the needs of children and families. For those of us involved in these public-private partnerships, we know what is happening in our state, but it is difficult to get information, especially from those in other states, about what is working, what is being learned, new ideas, and how models are maturing. This gathering of like-minded professionals provides the chance to collaborate, share insights and explore what’s possible.
