Kinship Navigator Program

As a part of Real Help for Real Life, the Kinship Navigator Program planning project is developing a program that will benefit kinship families raising grandchildren, nieces, or nephews in Tarrant, Parker, Palo Pinto, Johnson, and Hill Counties.

If you are a caregiver, legal professional, child welfare worker, educator, or in law enforcement and would like to participate in assisting us in our planning process or get more information, please register by filling out the form.
