Sarah Proctor is Chief Financial Officer at ACH Child and Family Services in Fort Worth, Texas. Since joining ACH in 2006, she has guided the agency’s finance and accounting department through many stages of development. As the agency has grown to meet an increasing need for services in the community, Proctor has helped lead ACH through acquisitions, capital renovation projects and New Market Tax Credit financing transactions.
Sarah participated in the planning and implementation of Foster Care Redesign (now known as Community-Based Care) with the establishment of Our Community Our Kids, a division of ACH. As ACH has grown, so has her scope of responsibilities. She now supervises the Finance department, the Facilities department, the Hospitality and Events team, the Risk Management department, and the Belltower Chapel social business venture.
Proctor has 33 years of business, accounting and financial management experience in industries that include agriculture, oil and gas, telecommunications, manufacturing and distribution, public accounting, and nonprofit social services. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an accounting emphasis and a Master of Business Administration degree from Southwestern Adventist University. She has been married to her husband, David, for 40 years. They have three sons, three daughters-in-law and two granddaughters.
