  • Klaras Center For families
    Klaras Center for Families, part of the Heart of Texas Behavioral Network (formerly Heart of Texas Region MHMR Center) assists children and adolescents, ages 3 through 21, who evidence significant emotional and/or behavioral difficulties. These clients must demonstrate a need for intensive services and meet eligibility requirements. Most insurances accepted including Medicaid and CHIP. We also offer a sliding scale fee for individuals who are low-income.

    The Gap Program provides services to grandparents and other relatives who care for children in the absence of parents. We support families by providing in-home assessments, case management services and support groups for caregivers, including legal support.
